History
Malan & Nortjé Attorneys was founded by Hendrik Jacobus Nortjé (B. Juris, LLB) and Stephanus Johannes Malan (B. Proc, LLM, MBA) on the 1st of April 1996.
We have celebrated our 25th birthday on 1 April 2021.
It is our focus to render a personal and professional service to all clients.
Although we are a small law firm, we believe that we are competitive and successful.
We do a wide variety of legal work for individuals, institutions (old aged homes, schools), closed corporations and companies.
Location
We are currently based in Lynnwood, Pretoria, close to the University of Pretoria and the City Centre with easy access from the N1 Highway through the Lynnwood and Atterbury off-ramps. We have sufficient and safe parking and are we looking forward to receiving you at our offices in the tranquil are of Farmer’s Folly, Lynnwood, Pretoria.
Office Hours
Our office hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08H00 to 16H30.
We are always willing to consult with you after hours in the case of an emergency or an urgent court application.
